A Virtual World

Video Games are a seperate world,
Where consequences run and hide.
Inside the console the disc is twirled,
You run into battle or stay off to the side.
A fierce battle rages in the TV,
enemies spread as far as the eye can see.

The game looks so real you feel like you're there,
In a land unfamiliar from your own.
You can go out hunting for a deer or a bear,
or beat your friend and yell out "PWN!"
A futuristic Soldier or an Old Medieval Knight,
You change your abilities to win the fight.
